Jelly Flow was designed as for our course "Serious Games" as an experience relating to the effects of pollution and disturbing aquatic wildlife. The player is a magical jellyfish which revives a dead coral reef with its reinvigorating proximity.
Our team also got in contact with SeaWorld Australia in Gold Coast. They offered an opportunity to have our game featured as a playable experience in their Jelly Labs facilities. We spoke to the head of the project, and traveled to the Jelly Labs to take a closer look at their interactive screens, so we could create a suitable control system. After the subject's end, our focus has shifted to other school responsibilities, but we aim to get back in touch to continue the project.
I was lead 3D artist for this project, creating hero assets, creatures and background assets, as well as providing some textures for the game.
Tools Used:
Blender - Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Animation
Unreal Engine 5.1 - Game Engine
This game was made in collaboration with:
Teagan Irvine - Production Manager, Programmer
Khyzia Therese Chua - 2D Artist, Texture Artist
Alexander Garcia Sandtorv - 3D Player Character Artist
