As part of our CGI Environment course, we had a task to create a day and night render of a low-poly environment of our own design, featuring volumetrics and emission lighting. I opted for a witch cabin in a swamp, as it is an aesthetic I'm quite fond of.
The scene was built in Blender, and textured and rendered in Maya.

I also used this as an opportunity to experiment with Blender's Geometry Nodes to procedurally design environments. A majority of the background environment (trees, grass, lilypads) as well as the cabin's planks are created using an advanced Geometry Nodes setup I created, which allows the user to define object density, transform variation, offsets and much more from a single menu.
Tools Used:
Blender - Modeling, Scene Assembly
Maya - Rendering, Texturing
